Recent Projects & Achievements
Since 2020 Tim has taken the lead BIM advisor role on the Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust HIP (Hospital Improvement Programme) project. This programme goes under the banner of Building the Leeds Way and comprises the Pathology Unit at St James’s which is now on site, and the proposed HIP Hospitals of the Future scheme at LGI. Working with organisations such as BAM, Perkins Will, WSP, Bryden Wood and Northmores, the role is a holistic one that provides leadership across the smart building ambition at the Trust.
In between all this Tim has also led the accreditation programme at Built Environment Networking and their recent successful accreditation to ISO20121 (Sustainable Event Management).
Following on from Tim’s stint working with the amazing social business run by Alison Watson MBE – Class of Your Own in 2017, a year-long engagement at HE Simm in Liverpool to work on updating the business systems for ISO compliance was undertaken. The work involved a 360 degree review of the whole organisation from HR to Design, Operational Delivery, Procurement, HSE, and IT for this Tier 2 specialist MEP specialist contractor.
